Jeff Nightingale has been in the property management business with Prospero for 30 years.
Jeff was originally hired to directly oversee a 500 unit residential complex. After several years in this capacity Jeff’s duties were expanded to include the management of a number of residential and commercial buildings.
In 1998 Jeff was made a Vice-President and his duties were expanded further.
Today Jeff oversees a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial buildings for many long-time clients.
Jeff has extensive experience in property management and, particularly, in the overseeing of improvements to residential and commercial buildings. These improvements include such items as; elevator modernizations, roof replacements, concrete repairs, commercial tenant improvements, and plumbing re-pipes. Also, he has worked with a number of owners on cosmetic improvements designed to maximize revenues through upgrading the common areas and the units. Recently he has become active with developers in assisting with the relocation of residential tenants on properties scheduled to be redeveloped.
Jeff is active in the community, supporting his boys’ athletics by coaching rugby, soccer and baseball. He is also an avid golfer.
