Jeff Nightingale has been active in the Property Management business for 24 years and has been with Prospero for the past 18 years. Jeff was originally hired to directly oversee a 500 unit residential complex. After several years in this capacity Jeff’s duties were expanded to include the management of a number of residential buildings on the north shore and in the West End.

In 1998 Jeff was made Vice-President Residential Properties and his duties were expanded further.

Today, Jeff oversees a mixed portfolio of properties in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

Jeff has extensive experience in property management and particularly in the overseeing of improvements to residential buildings. These improvements include mechanical improvements such as; elevator modernizations, roof replacements, concrete repairs, and plumbing re-pipes. Also, Jeff has worked with a number of owners on aesthetic improvements designed to maximize revenues through upgrading the common areas and the suites.

Jeff is active in the community, supporting his 2 boys’ athletics by coaching soccer, baseball and rugby.
