 Rick Halliday
Property Manager | After completing 3 years in the Canadian Armed Forces (PPCLI), and two more in construction, Rick Halliday began his involvement in the Real Estate industry, which has continued for nearly 25 years. From his initial experience in the areas of building operations and maintenance, Rick developed the understanding of building systems that has served him well in his roles in the property management and leasing of commercial and retail properties.
Since coming to Prospero in 1999, Rick has been involved in a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and residential properties located throughout the lower mainland, the interior of B.C. and Vancouver Island. These properties include Northills Shopping Centre in Kamloops, Capri Centre in Kelowna, and Wembley Mall in Parksville.
Rick’s strengths include strong relationships with national tenants as well as local brokers in each of the markets he is involved in. His experiences in operations and construction also have a practical purpose in dealing with tenants and tenant improvements, property redevelopments and expansions.
Rick has four children (1 boy and 3 girls) and has been active in coaching hockey, baseball, soccer and lacrosse. | | | | | |
