Most of the single-level duplex units feature one, two or three bedrooms with a spacious kitchen, dining area, patio, private yard and storage. The community has easy access to major thoroughfares and transit, and is close to golfing, medical services, theatres, restaurants and shopping destinations like the Chilliwack Mall. The maintenance fee includes garbage pickup, gardening, management and taxes.
